Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) to join our fast-growing SaaS team. This remote role requires US work authorization and entails up to 30% travel for customer meetings and presentations; in-person trainings may occur in San Jose.

You will lead deep-dive discovery, deliver persona-based demos, and drive POC programs, building strong business cases and ROI models that tie product capabilities to measurable outcomes in contact center and field service deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for SaaS
• Enterprise selling experience in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
• Deep knowledge of Contact Center & Field Service use cases
• Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices or High Tech verticals preferred
• Ecosystem familiarity: ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle CX

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map Contact Center and Field Service workflows
• Configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations tied to business outcomes
• Define success criteria and manage POC scope with SMEs for AI validation
• Develop ROI models with the sales team to quantify value improvements
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and support InfoSec questionnaires
• Provide market feedback to product teams for future capabilities
