Job summary

Ladders is actively seeking an Account Executive, SLED (East) to join a leader in Telecommunications & Hardware. The role is remote and targets public sector and education accounts across the Eastern U.S., driving complex enterprise sales and building a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting.

You will work with internal teams to tailor solutions, navigate multiple decision-makers, and pursue revenue targets with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full sales cycle experience in enterprise cyber security solutions for SLED in the Eastern U.S.
• Proven multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling and networking.
• Established relationships with senior cyber buyers and ability to leverage networks for new introductions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed sales campaigns to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic networking
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while navigating complex enterprise deals
• Develop deep insights into customer use cases and decision-making processes
• Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the company’s solutions
• Provide feedback to cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
