Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking a outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first contact for potential customers. This all-remote role is open to candidates located in the United States, with no visa sponsorship offered at this time.

You will research leads, initiate relationships, and set the stage for the sales team’s success by engaging prospects across multiple channels and following the established playbook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience in the technology/SaaS space.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, or similar.
• Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo in Enterprise B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads via outbound outreach to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
• Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline with qualified leads.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Follow the sales playbook through an AE-led buying process.
• Adhere to SLAs on lead outreach and follow-up intervals.
