Job summary

Bitwarden, a trusted identity security leader, seeks an outbound Sales Development Representative to act as the first contact for potential customers. You’ll research leads, initiate relationships, and set the stage for the sales team to win opportunities.

In this all-remote role, you’ll work with Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects across the U.S., using CRM and prospecting tools to drive qualified pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience in technology/SaaS.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Outreach.
• Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to articulate complex info.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Innovative thinker in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative team player who shares best practices.
• Persistence and proactive issue resolution.
• A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through outbound outreach to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
• Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline with qualified leads.
• Identify client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Follow playbook to guide leads through an AE-led buying process.
• Adhere to SLAs on lead outreach and follow-up intervals.
