Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise expansion from day one. You’ll design your own outbound playbooks, engage strategic accounts, and leverage AI tools to scale outreach.

You will work with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to shape how Yuno talks to the market and build a robust pipeline. You will research accounts, build targeted lists, and craft high-impact sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required and essential for outreach to executives.
• +1 year of outbound roles with enterprise pipeline experience.
• Bias for experimentation and own workflow design.
• Familiarity with GTM tools and basic scripting is a plus.
• Interest in applying AI to sales and intelligent outreach.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify signals.
• Ability to craft emails that engage Fortune 500 executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) for enterprise accounts.
• Research target accounts, map stakeholders, identify pain points before first touch.
• Build and maintain high-quality account lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn, and Lusha.
• Automate prospecting workflows, data enrichment, and personalization at scale via no-code tools and APIs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, outreach, and workflows.
• Qualify opportunities and book high-value meetings for the AE team.
• Experiment with channels, sequences, and messaging; share learnings with the team.
• Keep CRM (Salesforce/Salesloft) updated with activity and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to refine ICP and feedback into GTM.
