Smartcat is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive strategic outbound prospecting with a hunter mentality to expand business within Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. You will master and execute targeted sales plays, leveraging AI-powered tools and intent data to generate high-quality, meaningful pipeline through ABM, outbound, and multi-threading strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or equivalent
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound quotas
Experience executing multi-threaded ABM campaigns
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and tools familiarity

Responsibilities

Proactively own and execute ABM outbound prospecting campaigns targeting Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
Multi-thread into target accounts to build relationships across stakeholders.
Maintain a high volume of quality activity (calls, emails, social touches).
Book qualified meetings that convert into pipeline for Account Executives.
Leverage AI-powered sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and personalization at scale.
Identify key personas within target accounts to craft hyper-personalized outreach.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute coordinated outbound campaigns.
