Job summary

Easy Ice is seeking an Enterprise Support Administrator to bolster the sales team, manage inbound calls, qualify leads, support buyback processes, and coordinate installations across Enterprise accounts.

This remote, full-time role collaborates with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate communication, timely follow-up, and a seamless customer experience for customers converting to full-service subscriptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support or related role, preferably Enterprise/B2B.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and CRM/tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated sales support to the Enterprise team, including proposals and contracts.
• Manage the full customer buyback process for Enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding, installations, and communication between Enterprise clients and internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate Account data and activity.
• Assist in onboarding programs and engagement initiatives for Enterprise clients.
• Track pipeline status and report sales activities for Enterprise accounts.
