Figma is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales to shape our sales strategy and collaborate across the company. You will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for engagement and retention with Fortune 1000 customers, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales.

This full-time role can be remote within the United States or based in a US hub. You will mentor, hire, and scale the team while refining sales processes and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience
• 2+ years managing sales teams
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for engagement, expansion and retention of customers
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Mentor, hire and develop team members
• Shape sales processes and initiatives
• Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise on strategies to exceed goals
• Collaborate with Support, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success teams
