Job summary

Toptal, a global remote-first network, seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive for the BFSI team in the US. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close opportunities with enterprise clients, building tailored solutions across technology, marketing, and management consulting.

Ideal candidates drive executive relationships, manage a field-ready portfolio, and thrive in a high-performance, client-facing environment with a strong compensation plan including commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in engaging and selling Consulting or Managed Services solutions, particularly within Financial Services or Professional Services.
• Proven track record in full-cycle sales of large, complex, multi-phase, managed technology projects to enterprise clients with $2B+ in annual revenue.
• Ability to build and execute territory plans leading to portfolio growth and a strong pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a targeted portfolio of accounts from scratch and close net-new business.
• Partner with Client Partners to deepen strategic relationships over time.
• Initial portfolio targets $1M annualized gross sales in year 1, growing to $5M by years 2–3.
