Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineering expert to be the technical voice guiding restaurant brands on what runs their business. You will run live demos, tailor demonstrations to prospect needs, and stay through pilots to ensure delivered value.

You will partner with Sales across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts, traveling up to 50% to connect PAR’s capabilities with restaurant outcomes and drive deals from first contact to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS and restaurant management software in QSR or full-service settings.
• Ability to explain complex technology clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-starter with good project management.

Responsibilities

• Show live demos, remotely or in person, tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Build a business case linking PAR’s technology to outcomes for executives.
• Listen to customer goals, map requirements to offerings, and design around operations.
• Develop proofs of concept and run evaluations as Technical Account Manager during trials.
• Be the trusted customer advisor from first contact through pilot and beyond.
