Cresta is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a West Coast–based team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and hitting multi-million ARR targets while expanding strategic enterprise accounts.

You will partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Ops to build a cohesive GTM strategy and ensure reliable pipeline from prospecting to close. Remote US-based role with ~30% travel.
