Michael Page is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on upsell and expansion across a 100% remote US role. The successful candidate brings 2-4+ years in enterprise account management, 4-7+ years in SaaS or digital marketing sales, and a track record of durable tenure within a single company.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience (upper mid market to be considered).
• 4-7+ years of total SaaS sales or Digital Marketing Sales experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience within one company - jumpy profiles will not be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A solid understanding of sales strategies and the ability to meet revenue targets.
• Knowledge or experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Work with enterprise level clients, with a focus on upsell / cross sell / expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
