Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Manager, Partners to lead partner-driven marketing initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment. This remote US-based role focuses on driving pipeline and strengthening account engagement in high-value segments.

You will collaborate with sales and external partners to create repeatable programs, optimize campaigns with data insights and AI signals, and execute cross-functionally for maximum impact.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees).
• Proven pipeline and revenue growth track record.
• Experience building partner-driven programs.
