Michael Page is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote role across the United States. You will manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The position requires 4–7+ years in SaaS/digital marketing sales and 3+ years at one company. The role offers a competitive salary with attainable OTE and comprehensive benefits within a dynamic tech

Competenze

2-4+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience (upper mid market to be considered).
4-7+ years of total SaaS sales or Digital Marketing Sales experience.
3+ years of progressive experience within one company – jumpy profiles will not be considered.

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Focus on upsell / cross sell / expansion with enterprise level clients.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
