Job summary

Stay AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and expansion for enterprise subscriptions. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to optimize retention and time-to-value for our growing customer base.

This remote-first role offers collaboration across teams and exposure to top brands like Graza, Olipop, and Magic Spoon, with a focus on delivering measurable growth and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success with enterprise accounts
• Experience in digital marketing and Shopify ecosystem preferred
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success
• Ability to research, analyze and provide solutions to issues
• Excellent communication via phone, video, and email
• Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity at a startup
• Retention marketing experience is a plus (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive)

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with enterprise and mid-market merchants
• Develop and execute success plans to drive retention and growth
• Set expectations and manage the scope of the relationship
