Job summary

Radicle Health is actively seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead key accounts, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities within mid‑market and enterprise segments.

You will collaborate with the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional service, hit revenue targets, and scale adoption while renewing contracts for long‑term customer success.

This remote‑friendly role requires strong relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration across states.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Proven ability to meet portfolio goals in mid‑market or enterprise.
• Experience with California behavioral health providers and related regulations.
• Strong presentation and relationship skills with cross‑functional partners.
• CRM experience and data‑driven mindset; familiarity with EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Act as Product Knowledge Expert to drive adoption and address needs.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Educate customers on best practices and new features.
• Monitor engagement via dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
• Document status and communications in CRM tools.
• Maximize product value through add‑on services and training.
• Manage end‑to‑end renewal process and forecast renewals.
• Aim for net revenue retention targets.
• Attend industry conferences and related events.
