Job summary

Jobot is seeking an accomplished industrial sales professional to expand the adoption of AI-enabled robotics solutions across their region. This role targets manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics providers, guiding customers from discovery and proof of concept to broader deployments.

The position is remote with travel across the region; a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales in relevant fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related sectors.
• Proven success selling to manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, logistics providers, or 3PL entities.
• Willingness to travel across territory/region.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with manufacturers, warehouses, 3PLs, logistics providers, and facility operators.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, safety, and executives to tailor solutions.
• Convert pilots into fleet-scale deployments and multi-site expansions.
