Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer project delivery across SaaS environments with clear execution and strong stakeholder alignment.

You will partner closely with customer teams and internal cross-functional groups to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications throughout the project lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only; Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of project management experience in SaaS environments.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or financial software preferred.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in risk identification and decision-making practices.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of customer projects.
• Establish and manage relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing all project aspects.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for effective project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Leverage best practices for continuous improvement in project execution.
