Danaher Corporation seeks an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, to guide enterprise-wide DBS-driven initiatives and ensure client adoption, value realization, and long-term health across strategic accounts. Anchored in DBS, the role coordinates planning, governance, and capital decisions with executive leadership.

You will translate clinical and financial needs into executable plans, managing risk and coordinating across Danaher operating companies to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• BS or BA degree required; MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into multi-OpCo solutions.
• Proven credibility with C-suite and governance forums.
• Strong DBS knowledge and risk-aware leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients.
• Own post-signature leadership and value realization for key accounts.
• Lead executive governance, engagement, and performance cadence.
• Drive capital planning and asset optimization with clients.
• Lead client transformation and adoption initiatives.
• Orchestrate a unified Danaher client experience across OpCos.
