Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead to establish and run a new enterprise PMO supporting multiple strategic programs within a complex asset-intensive organization. This 9+ month remote role requires 1–2 weeks of travel per month and work aligned to Central Time hours in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive PMO leadership experience.
• Proven success establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation with multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience in Integration Management Office, M&A, or strategic transformation environments preferred.
• Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, operationalize, and lead an enterprise PMO with governance, operating model, tools, and metrics.
• Provide executive leadership across multiple transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Develop enterprise portfolio governance including steering committees and stage gates.
• Lead process engineering and optimization to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional transformation spanning O2C, ERP, finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop and execute organizational change strategies including communications and training.
• Establish executive dashboards, KPIs, and transformation health metrics.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and resources with proactive mitigation.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic communications for boards.
• Institute PMO governance, templates, and best practices for sustainability.
• Execute structured transition plans to enable client ownership of the PMO.
