Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates, Inc. seeks an accomplished Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead to build and run a new enterprise PMO capable of delivering cross-functional transformation programs that align with strategic goals.

This is a 9+ month remote role requiring up to 1–2 weeks of travel per month. Candidates must work Central Time hours and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; other certifications desirable.
• 10+ years in program/PMO leadership on enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establish, operationalize, and lead an enterprise PMO with governance and delivery processes.
• Provide executive leadership across multiple transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Develop enterprise portfolio governance including steering committees and stage gates.
• Lead process engineering and business optimization for efficiency and governance.
• Drive cross‑functional transformation across ERP, finance, sales, supply chain, and more.
• Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
