b.well Connected Health is hiring a Platform Implementation Manager for a fully remote role across the United States. The position focuses on leading complex enterprise software implementations within healthcare, ensuring timely delivery and strong client relationships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope and risks, and drive process improvements to optimize healthcare system integrations, including EHR interfaces.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with complex projects.
• Experience in high-impact enterprise software implementation projects a must.
• Proficiency with healthcare systems and integrations (EHRs like Epic, Cerner) preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills required.
• Experience managing data integration projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex enterprise software implementation projects from inception to completion within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee progress, measure performance, and report to executive leadership.
• Identify and manage risks across multiple projects; lead client workgroups to drive improvements.
