Job summary

FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end multi-state health system launches within the Partner Success team. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Operations, Product, and external partners, with direct reporting to the CEO.

This remote-friendly role offers growth as we scale nationwide and deepen enterprise partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-state healthcare implementation or enterprise account management.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream healthcare projects.
• Experience owning large client relationships with measurable growth.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation planning and execution across 10 workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Partner Success, Clinical Ops, Product) and external partners.
• Manage status reporting, escalations, and milestone tracking for leadership.
• Build master project plans and mitigate risks across launches.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor partner KPIs.
