Job summary

FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to join our Partner Success team. You will own end-to-end launches of multi-state enterprise health system implementations, coordinating 10 workstreams across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external partners.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive delivery, establish master project plans, lead quarterly business reviews, and nurture long-term partner relationships while supporting growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare setting.
• Successful track record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes.
• Exceptional cross-functional project management and communication skills - comfortable owning a plan with many moving parts and stakeholders.
• Ability to move fluidly between operational execution and strategic relationship management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems including Hubspot.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project management of one of FamilyWell's largest, multi-state enterprise launches across 10 workstreams.
• Build and maintain master project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive status reporting and escalations.
• Drive internal accountability from kickoff through go-live.
• Proactively flag issues to leadership with proposed mitigations.
• Document implementation processes and create repeatable playbooks for future launches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partners post-launch.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor KPIs to identify expansion opportunities and growth.
