Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager based in the United States to oversee a portfolio of healthcare enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term partnership.

You will lead complex onboarding, including technical integrations, data connector builds, configuration, validation, and go-live activities, while building trusted client relationships to maximize value from the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years leading account implementation and customer success in software/tech, healthcare ideal.
• Experience with healthcare data integration (claims/clinical) is valuable.
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from implementation to ongoing relationship.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and technical delivery workstreams from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage data connector builds, platform configuration, data orchestration, and integrations.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and executive reviews; communicate progress and risks.
• Develop relationships with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor account health and address risks to retention.
• Coordinate dependencies across internal teams and third parties.
• Support renewal/expansion discussions with aligned commercial ownership.
• Link implementation to adoption, value realization, and ROI.
