Job summary

FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end multi-state health system launches. You will coordinate across Partner Success, Clinical Ops, Product, and external teams to deliver complex deployments on schedule.

The role offers remote-friendly work with travel to partner sites and a generous compensation package. You will elevate partner success through quarterly reviews and strategic account growth with a Series A growth company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in multi-state healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of owning large, long-term client or partner relationships with measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate across Partner Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and external teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monitor KPIs to identify expansion opportunities and avoid risks.
