Job summary

District Photo Inc. seeks an experienced Account Manager to own and grow medium to enterprise wholesale partner relationships.

You will drive revenue growth, manage the full partner lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and production teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences. You will lead planning, onboarding, contract negotiations, and quarterly business reviews, while maintaining CRM records and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Print, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis.
• Enterprise or large retail account experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own wholesale partner relationships and growth strategy, building connections at multiple levels.
• Develop and execute annual account plans for key partners; lead calls, workshops, and QBRs.
• Lead onboarding for new partners and SKUs, managing timelines and readiness for go-live.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Serve as contract SME for partner agreements and renewals; negotiate terms and monitor SLA.
• Manage partner requests through workflow tools, aligning internal teams and providing updates.
• Exceed quota through strong partner relationships, forecasting, and account plan execution.
• Build a new business pipeline: identify prospects, lead sales process, and onboard partners.
