Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Nationals, to drive national partner marketing strategy and multi-quarter GTM plans while managing MDF and pipeline growth. This remote role collaborates with enterprise sales leadership and national partners to launch joint campaigns and build scalable programs.

The position emphasizes budget discipline, ROI tracking in Salesforce, and creation of repeatable frameworks to empower regional teams across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of partner or channel marketing experience in enterprise cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record managing marketing programs with major national partners.
• Strong collaboration with enterprise sales leadership to develop joint revenue strategies.
• Ability to navigate complex partner organizations and secure commitment.
• Demonstrated success converting co-marketing initiatives into pipeline growth.
• Experience managing MDF programs and reporting impact in Salesforce.
• Proficiency with CRM, PRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to co-develop and execute go-to-market plans for key national partners.
• Design structured, multi-quarter marketing programs aligned with growth targets.
• Oversee the national partner marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and campaign ROI in Salesforce.
• Launch multi-channel joint campaigns to generate ecosystem pipeline.
• Create repeatable campaign frameworks and sales enablement assets for regional teams.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with national marketing counterparts.
