Job summary

Storyblok is seeking a Partner Manager for the USA to build and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that aligns with enterprise sales goals. You will drive co-selling and co-delivery with implementation partners, ensuring deal readiness and alignment with regional GTM priorities.

You will collaborate with AEs, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate pipeline, support complex deals, and expand partner-led opportunities. This is a remote-first role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across executive, marketing and technical audiences.
• Ability to define KPIs and use data to guide partner investments.
• Experience in enterprise co-selling, partner enablement and deal support.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a USA partner ecosystem to support enterprise sales.
• Develop a regional GTM plan with AEs, BDRs and Marketing.
• Recruit, onboard and enable high-impact partner agencies/SIs in the USA.
• Ensure partners are deal-ready with enablement, certifications and value messaging.
• Support enterprise sales cycles by involving partners in discovery, solutioning and proposals.
• Collaborate with RevOps for attribution and forecast inputs.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handover to delivery partners.
• Represent Storyblok’s partner ecosystem at regional events and forums.
