Ladders is seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to shape and execute partner-driven campaigns that drive customer acquisition and performance across channels. This remote role partners with merchant and media networks to optimize go-to-market plans and strengthen the marketing engine.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to boost efficiency, measure performance, and deliver insights that improve results across programs in North America.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Proven track record launching multi-channel partner programs.
• Familiar with CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM models.
• Strong analytics focused on performance and optimization.
• Excellent cross-team communication.
• Experience in online retail and North America.
• Knowledge of paid media and affiliate tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Support and coordinate full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across channels
• Build and maintain relationships with merchant partners to improve performance
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable optimization insights
• Serve as merchant advocate by streamlining processes and sharing learnings
• Coordinate inbound RFP requests and develop marketing plans for prospective partners
• Work with media agencies and internal teams to align media plans and creative development
• Track partner marketing budgets and maintain a comprehensive co-marketing calendar
