Job summary

Deel is seeking an Operations Manager for a remote role based in New York City. You will own onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers, collaborating with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal and Support to resolve challenges.

You will drive efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, applying scalable improvements, and building strong customer relationships. This early-career role rewards ownership and fast learning in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical ability and quick learning under pressure.
• High ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve challenges.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers to ensure a high-quality operational experience.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of increasingly complex customer environments as expertise grows.
• Contribute to building new operational playbooks to improve efficiency across Operations.
