Job summary

Deel is hiring for a Customer Success role in the United States. You will manage high volumes of customer accounts, build strong relationships, and drive operational excellence, with a focus on responsive service delivery and platform proficiency training.

You will train customers on Deel's payroll processes, identify risks of churn, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and support teams to ensure timely delivery and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, support, operations, or customer success.
• Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests.
• Experience in fast-growth startups, payroll, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• A relationship builder who stays calm under pressure and celebrates partner successes.
• Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests across multiple accounts, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with assigned customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing responsive support.
• Train and enable customers on Deel platform functionality, payroll processes, and best practices to maximize product adoption.
• Identify and escape risks that may lead to customer churn; coordinate with team members to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, payroll, support teams) to ensure proper request handling and delivery.
• Be the voice of the customer by collecting feedback on product features and sharing insights with support and product teams.
