Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily partners, guiding implementations from sales handoff to post-launch adoption. You will coordinate integrations with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and other PM systems, train onsite teams, and ensure SLA-aligned rollouts.

The ideal candidate has deep multi-stakeholder rollout experience in enterprise settings, strong technical implementation skills, and familiarity with NMHC-style properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-location rollouts from handoff to adoption, including playbooks and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for newly contracted properties, regional rollouts, and portfolio acquisitions from sales handoff through the first 90 days after launch.
• Coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations with property management systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for Regional Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance teams.
• Run formal sales-to-onboarding handoffs to confirm scope and client expectations.
• Find recurring friction points and turn fixes into SOPs and launch checklists.
