The Auto Club Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Meetings Operations Specialist to support enterprise meetings, events, and recognition initiatives. You will collaborate with event planners, leaders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and data-driven reporting.

The role emphasizes operational planning, event technology, inventory management, and onsite delivery, with opportunities to travel to support large conferences and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience supporting corporate meetings, events, operations, or program administration.
• Administering event registration platforms, databases, and event technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational logistics for assigned meetings, recognition programs, and enterprise events.
• Coordinate onsite event operations, attendee support, registration management, and logistical activities.
• Manage event materials, signage, branded assets, shipping, and event resource distribution.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, operational checklists, project plans, and implementation schedules.
• Travel as assigned to support Corporate Event Planners in planning, setup, and post-event activities.
