Job summary

The Corporate Meetings Operations Specialist at AAA-The Auto Club Group provides end-to-end support for enterprise meetings, corporate events, and recognition programs. You will coordinate logistics, attendee support, registration systems, and on-site execution to ensure a consistent high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience supporting corporate meetings, events, operations, or program administration.
• Administering event registration platforms, databases, and event technologies.
• Coordinating vendors, logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational processes.
• Supporting enterprise meetings, conferences, recognition programs, or employee events.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational logistics for assigned meetings, recognition programs, and enterprise events.
• Coordinate onsite event operations, attendee support, registration management, and logistical activities.
• Manage event materials, signage, branded assets, shipping, and event resource distribution.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, operational checklists, project plans, and implementation schedules.
