Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Pittsburgh is seeking a Group Travel Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and coordinate group travel programs for corporations, associations, and community groups.

You will manage client relationships, assist with vendor coordination, and support travel staff to deliver seamless experiences. Requires travel sales experience and knowledge of industry systems.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years travel sales or related experience (Required).
• Knowledge of Sabre, Concur, Cornerstone booking systems and Salesforce (Preferred).
• Experience developing business through external sources beneficial.
• Must communicate effectively and coordinate people and activities.
• Must have reliable transportation to make sales calls.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business opportunities by promoting AAA Group Travel services through outreach and relationships.
• Follows up on sales leads from agents, Branch offices, and marketing programs.
• Maintains relationships with accounts to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates affinity group travel between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Uses internal and vendor systems to manage travel information, reservations, and details.
• Collaborates with travel staff to provide account updates and align on customer needs.
• Provides coverage for Group and Business Travel Coordinators during absences.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Travel Sales and Business Support Manager.
