Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking an Operations Manager, Travel & Meetings Services to lead a blended, client-facing team responsible for corporate travel, attendee travel, meeting logistics and housing services. The role connects strategic planning with day-to-day execution to ensure exceptional client results and attendee experiences.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, and partner with clients and planners to elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Leads multi-functional, client-facing teams in travel, meetings, events or operational settings.
• Maintains service delivery by managing SLAs, quality standards and productivity metrics.
• Coaches and develops team members; builds accountability and collaboration.
• Partners with clients, account teams and planners to enhance the attendee experience.
• Uses data and reporting to improve workflows and ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a blended team supporting corporate travel, attendee travel, meeting logistics and housing services.
• Bridge strategy with day-to-day delivery to drive client results and events success.
• Improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation for service delivery.
