Intapp is seeking a Strategic Client Success Manager for the Legal industry. You will drive adoption and value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as a generalist across Intapp's suite with depth in risk management, onboarding, and compliance systems in law firms.

The role emphasizes trusted advisor relationship at all levels, collaboration with account teams, and opportunities to influence product direction through customer feedback, thought leadership, and market presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client success or advisory serving professional services.
• Experience with risk management or compliance in law firms.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and executive relationships.
• Strong listening, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client health across a portfolio and translate data into success plans.
• Identify at-risk accounts and lead remediation or escalations.
• Coordinate success plans with account managers and priorities.
• Lead proactive, outcome-focused engagements with clients.
• Present health and adoption metrics in client reviews.
• Act as SME on Intapp Intake, Conflicts, and Terms
• Advise post-deployment to maximize feature adoption
• Build market presence through client community and events
• Represent customer voice on new features and priorities
• Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and industry dynamics.
