Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, HR management, or closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree in communications, education, HR management, or closely related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in learning, education, or human resources is required.
• Strong design, governance, and program-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, governance, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs.
• Own designated learning initiatives with scope, quality, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with clinical, HR, compliance, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support governance processes and enterprise standards and capacity.
• Monitor metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
