Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a remote Clinical Application eLearning Developer to design and develop online training content for clinical and business applications, using LMSs and multimedia formats to engage learners.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, evaluate tools, establish metrics for training effectiveness, and deliver content across Epic workflows and health system environments. This role supports training initiatives across departments and prompts continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–4+ years in an eLearning role.
• Experience with Epic enterprise implementation environment preferred.
• Healthcare LMS experience preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop virtual training materials.
• Create engaging learning resources.
• Coordinate with instructional designers on content design.
• Troubleshoot LMS and eLearning software issues.
• Define competency models and skills.
• Establish metrics for training effectiveness.
