Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead the Operation Integration Specialists in administrative and clinical practice transformation programs and value-based care initiatives. The role focuses on guiding teams, ensuring compliance with government reporting, and fostering high-performing collaboration across provider networks.

Remote/work-from-home with up to 10% travel annually; requires strong analytics, project leadership, and expertise in practice transformation

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or nursing required.
Masters in Healthcare Administration or nursing preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and educate the OIS team on practice transformation activities and performance measures.
Coordinate with population health teams and care managers to address issues and communicate vision.
Oversee onboarding, schedules, and compliance with government reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain a staffing plan and timelines to meet program requirements.
Support provider networks to implement quality improvement activities and cost-efficient care.
Collect, analyze, and report quality and performance metrics with the analytics/EHR teams.
