Job summary

Kingston Health Sciences Centre is seeking a Learning, Engagement and Development Specialist to design, implement, review, and maintain the regional learning and development program. The role includes content development, evaluation, and maintenance of learning platforms, plus regional support for new workflows and initiatives.

You will liaise with Oracle Health and coordinate communications, surveys, and training across partner organizations.

Qualifications

Any Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional), preferred.
3+ years of training experience.
Knowledge of clinical/ancillary workflows and related policies is beneficial.
Ability to develop and deliver formal presentations to large groups.
Strong written and verbal communication tailored to the audience.

Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate and maintain regional training materials and content.
Design, develop and maintain electronic training platforms and repositories.
Provide regional communications tactics support for internal and partner publications.
Support training for regional projects and initiatives with stakeholders.
Collaborate with systems analysts to incorporate feedback and update training materials.
Gathers feedback to continuously improve training materials and programs.
