Job summary

Triple Whale is seeking an Implementation Manager, Enterprise to lead onboarding for the largest customers. You’ll coordinate multi-stakeholder teams, configure the measurement foundation, and drive go-live with AI-led workflows.

You’ll work hands-on on tracking, integrations, and data accuracy, mentor peers, and ensure adoption through training and enablement sessions. This role is fully remote within the US Pacific Time zone.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or technical account management at a SaaS company.
• Demonstrates a consultative approach to understand business problems first.
• Strong project management: plan, sequence, and deliver multi-stakeholder projects.
• Technical fluency: tracking, integrations, APIs & webhooks, explain impact to customers.
• Knowledge of martech/ecommerce stack and attribution across channels.
• Able to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Disciplined risk management and proactive issue escalation.
• Curiosity about AI and teaching customers new workflows.
• Understanding retail and ecommerce business needs and processes.
• Mentoring and raising the team’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to translate objectives into onboarding success criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and validate tracking, pixel implementation, and platform integrations (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Amazon, etc).
• Advise on tech stacks and conduct early Solutions Architecture for custom work.
• Validate data accuracy before go-live and clearly communicate implications to customers.
• Onboard customers onto Moby and teach AI-led workflows and automations.
• Lead training sessions to drive adoption for executives and practitioners.
• Handover to Customer Success with documented configurations and adoption baselines.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority and maintain executive sponsorship.
• Apply risk management and monitor health across your portfolio.
• Keep project tooling and documentation current; partner with CS, Product, Support, and Solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to standards and playbooks.
