Ladders is seeking a Manager of Enterprise AI Success to lead a team focused on turning AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers. You will coach customer-facing professionals, strengthen executive relationships, and drive retention and value realization across a complex portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Customer Success or related roles in SaaS/AI.
• Proven retention and renewal results across enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing high-volume portfolios with prioritization and rigor.
• Ability to relate product usage to business value beyond features.
• Comfort with technical, AI-driven environments and SaaS configurations.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate ambiguity into insights.
• Exceptional executive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing AI Success team.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and define action plans.
• Coach team on managing complex accounts and driving value realization.
• Guide customers from AI concepts to implementations on the platform.
• Ensure product expertise to assist with configurations and capabilities.
• Drive retention, health, renewal efforts to grow account value.
• Define and monitor success metrics using data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services.
