Triple Whale is seeking an Implementation Manager, Mid‑Market to lead the onboarding journey for new customers. You will manage end‑to‑end implementations, align objectives with onboarding success criteria, and ensure accurate measurement foundations as you onboard customers to Moby, our AI agent.

This hands-on role requires coordinating across teams to deliver scalable, repeatable processes. You will configure tracking, integrations, and data sources, while guiding customers through go‑live

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation, onboarding, technical account management, or customer success at a SaaS company.
• Strong consultative instinct to understand business problems before configuring systems.
• Proven ability to plan, sequence, and deliver a high volume of concurrent projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with new customers to translate objectives into onboarding success criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery for a high-volume Mid-Market onboarding book from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure tracking, pixel implementation, and platform integrations (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Amazon, etc.).
• Advise on customer tech stacks and API/webhook capabilities; involve Solutions Architecture when needed.
• Validate attribution and data accuracy before go-live; communicate findings clearly.
