Job summary

Triple Whale is seeking an Implementation Manager, Mid-Market to lead onboarding journeys for new customers. You will manage a high-volume slate of mid-market implementations, coordinating discovery, integrations, data validation, and go-live, while teaching teams to run AI-led workflows using Moby.

You will work hands-on to ensure accurate measurement foundations, successful launches, and a repeatable onboarding process that scales across customers, teams, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in implementation, onboarding, technical account management, or customer success at a SaaS company.
• A consultative instinct and ability to translate business objectives into onboarding criteria.
• Strong project management skills for high-volume, concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery to define objectives and success criteria for onboarding.
• Own end-to-end delivery for a high-volume Mid-Market onboarding book from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure tracking, pixel implementations, platform integrations (Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Amazon, etc.).
• Advise on customer tech stacks and API/webhook feasibility; engage Solutions Architecture when needed.
• Validate data accuracy before go-live and ensure customer understanding of implications.
