Blu Omega LLC is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support a federal program focused on mission-driven technology transformation. This remote role contributes to enterprise AI adoption, strategy development, and modernization efforts across teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have 4+ years in consulting or related fields and experience with AI/ML strategies, roadmaps, and business case development. A Public Trust suitability is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology, or related environment.
• Exposure to AI/ML strategy, enterprise AI adoption, generative AI, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic roadmaps, business cases, or implementation plans.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, generative AI, or related emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Support development of enterprise AI/ML strategies, roadmaps, and plans aligned with objectives.
• Contribute to strategic AI initiatives by supporting business cases, project plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear, business-friendly recommendations and communications.
• Help implement human-centered AI adoption frameworks incorporating user experience and change management.
• Research emerging AI technologies and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Monitor AI developments to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Document decisions, risks, and action items in meetings and workstreams.
• Develop briefings, status updates, and presentations communicating progress and value.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to connect AI capabilities with mission needs.
• Support responsible AI by considering governance and user needs throughout implementation.
