Job summary

Brightflag is the leading AI-powered legal spend management platform and is part of Wolters Kluwer. We seek a Lead Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end enterprise implementations, configure the platform, drive data migrations, and advise customers through significant operational change.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver implementations that go beyond go-live, laying the foundation for long-term customer health and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with both technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, and software/web technologies including SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth.
• Excellent project management skills, including expertise in planning and risk management across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to and influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical approach to requirements gathering and ability to stay structured and thorough in understanding customer needs.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset — actively seek information and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex structures and high volumes, ensuring on-time go-lives.
• Act as the customer's trusted guide throughout implementation with legal operations leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple enterprise implementations, managing priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Partner with customers to translate business and technical requirements into a sequenced implementation plan.
• Configure the Brightflag platform to meet scale and security needs, including workflows and reporting.
• Develop and own data migration strategy for large datasets with internal coordination.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations across enterprise stacks.
• Work with the Customer Success Manager to define success metrics for each implementation.
• Ensure enterprise needs are fully met to support ongoing growth and satisfaction.
