Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business across defined territories in the United States. You’ll engage C-level buyers and navigate multi-stakeholder deals, delivering a modern, end-to-end HCM platform that combines payroll, HR, and benefits.

This is a virtual/remote, full-time role with unlimited earning potential, a broad product portfolio, and a structured GTM environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in professional sales.
• 5+ years in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• CORE HCM provider experience.
• Experience selling to mid-size or larger organizations.
• Driver's license required.
• Remote 100% work role

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business in defined territories across 100–5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the One Paychex Portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker relationships in a GTM team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through the close.
