Job summary

Paychex is seeking a high-performing enterprise sales professional to drive net-new business in a fully virtual MST/CST territory, selling to organizations 100+ employees across the defined region.

You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, build bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers and RevOps to win large, strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• Accountability and resilience with high performance expectations.
• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years of professional sales experience and 5 years in HCM industry.
• CORE HCM provider experience; experience with mid-size or larger businesses.
• Driver's license required; fully virtual territory in MST/CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the One Paychex Portfolio, including PEO, HR Solutions, Managed Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Merchant Services, etc.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a world-class channel ecosystem, including 700+ broker relationships and financial services firms in a GTM team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting, front-end prospecting, and deal control through the close.
